Under consumer laws in the United Kingdom, we must supply our goods to you as described, fit for purpose and they must be of satisfactory quality.
Your legal rights under consumer laws in the United Kingdom entitle you to the following: if you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased then unless the product is faulty, you have 30 days to return it in its original condition e.g. kept in the original packaging and labels and is undamaged and unused.
Online purchases: Customers must inform the retailer that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Customers then have 14 days to return the goods once the retailer has been informed. Refunds will be given within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation for products that you have ordered online, you are obliged to retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them or return them to us. You can find more information on the cancellation process here.
For reasons of hygiene, safety or under Law perishable goods, such as Chilled and Frozen products (including caviar and other food made to order), as well as Gift Cards, Vouchers, Scratch Cards and some others, are not covered by these cooling-off periods.
Items displayed on the website may occasionally be unavailable and/or may be out of stock. A full refund will be made if we are unable to deliver your product(s) and/or service(s). The refund will only be for the price of the product and/or service. Our liability for any transaction will not be greater than the price charged for the product(s) and/or service(s) pertaining to the transaction in question.
In cases of stockouts etc, we are entitled to substitute any item in your order with an item of the same or higher value of the same or very similar product and / or packaging.

If any of your products are damaged in any way, please call us or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible upon the receipt. Please, send us images of the damaged products along with your order number and a description of the problem and we will be happy to assist you further.
Please note that Attilus do not bear any responsibility for third party delivery of the products that you order. Although we vet delivery partners used, our responsibility ends at the point of handover of a customer’s order to carrier, at which point their T&Cs apply.
